Typhoon Ulysses (Vamco) is now over the West Philippine Sea, leaving a massive trail of destruction across many areas in Luzon including Metro Manila. Typhoon Ulysses also hit Bicol, a region still reeling from Super Typhoon Rolly (Goni), which ravaged Albay and Catanduanes just last week.
As we anticipate the damage and needs report from the ground, the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF) calls for cash and in-kind donations for families affected and displaced by these tropical cyclones.
