The PDRF Resilience Bulletin Volume 4 Issue 4 features the PDRF Network’s efforts and activities from October to December 2021.

During the last quarter of 2021, PDRF heavily focused on supporting the government in accelerating the COVID-19 vaccine rollout through logistics and information dissemination, responding to communities devastated by Typhoon Rai (Odette), and providing capacity building sessions on DRR and business continuity for the public sector, member companies, and partner organizations.

The PDRF Resilience Bulletin Volume 5 Issue 1 features the PDRF Network’s efforts and activities for January 2022.

The PDRF Resilience Bulletin Volume 4 Issue 3 features the PDRF Network’s efforts and activities from July to September 2021. PDRF’s DRR efforts this quarter included response activities to communities affected by the Taal Volcano Phreatomagmatic Eruption and preparedness measures for three (3) hydrometeorological hazards. The PDRF Team also conducted several capacity-building sessions for the public sector, member companies, and partner organizations.

This issue features the PDRF Network’s efforts and activities from April to June 2021. This quarter saw the arrival and eventual spread of the COVID-19 Delta variant. With this new complication to the health crisis, PDRF doubled down on its pandemic response, including actively contributing to the implementation of the national vaccine rollout.


The Connecting Business initiative (CBi) case study showcases how PDRF, a CBi Member Network, has considered conflict sensitivity in its disaster management programming.

With examples from the conflicts in Zamboanga City and Marawi City, the case study provides an overview of the interventions PDRF and its partners implemented but also explains why and how they adjusted their operations to do no harm.
