PDRF, BRIDGE Partner LGUs align on priority activities and timeline

The Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF) conducted a Synergy Workshop with the local governments of Baguio City and Antipolo City on March 26 and March 31, respectively, to align the implementation targets of the Building Resilience through Inclusive Development and Gender Equality (BRIDGE) Project with the development thrust of both city government partners.

The workshop also served as an avenue to identify BRIDGE programs and activities that match with the priority programs and development plans of both City, to effectively synchronise the rollout of activities with their respective local implementations. As a result, the Project Team and both LGUs were able to produce a synchronised implementation calendar to ensure the smooth and efficient rollout of programs, and account for commitments and deliverables by all parties.

BRIDGE is a four-year project implemented by PDRF with funding support from Global Affairs Canada to enhance the disaster and climate resilience of water-stressed communities in Antipolo and Baguio.
