Technical guidance sessions were facilitated for the Continuity Core Teams of different Local Government Units and Agencies, as well as key officers and staff, in finalizing the risk assessment and impact analysis, and in designing and developing the incident management framework, and continuity and recovery strategies. PDRF also partnered with Deloitte Philippines to develop a capability assessment tool to provide initial feedback on the draft PSCPs of the LGUs and Agencies.
