As the COVID-19 pandemic forced organizations around the world to change the way operations are being conducted; all stakeholders, most especially the micro, small, medium enterprises (MSMEs) need to strengthen their business continuity policies, plans, and programs. PDRF, in partnership with Catholic Relief Services (CRS), conducted a webinar that aimed to present an overview of key business continuity concepts and processes; and to apply business continuity best practices and innovations to contribute to local economic recovery.
